Sonia Montez: Operations Dungeon Master
I'm an operations puzzle lover. From working in the entertainment industry and project managing Latin Grammy winning and Grammy nominated albums, to launching health and wellness products, to helping scale management & culture consulting agencies, getting to solve complex operational challenges with data driven solutions is a passion.
Someone has to ask questions otherwise not asked in a room to help stakeholders align on implementation journeys and consider out-of-the-box solutions, and I'm happy to be that person. I enjoy supporting efficiency goals that make sense out of organizational chaos, and strive to create psychologically safe environments for all organizational team members.
Whether it's an international NGO, or a sole proprietorship, every organization deserves the fairest chance to succeed.
In addition to these passions, I bring broad experience in strategy and operations consulting, administrative management, and business operations. My background includes guiding process improvement initiatives, supporting leadership teams through organizational transitions, and designing efficient systems across creative, wellness, and consulting industries. With a toolkit spanning workflow platforms, financial cycles, and cross-team coordination, I thrive on turning complex challenges into sustainable solutions.
Sylvia Tran: Cross Functional Conjurer
I’m a marketing, partnerships, and operations pro who thrives on big-picture strategy and small-but-mighty details. Over the years, I’ve managed launching 20+ online events a year, managing 100+ partner relationships, streamlining processes across entire organizations, and still making time for handwritten thank-you cards.
Whether I’m building multi-channel marketing campaigns, directing cross-functional teams, mapping workflows that make life easier, or negotiating with top-tier partners, my goal is always the same: meet people where they are, make things run smoother, and have a little fun doing it. I’ve worked across industries—health & wellness, staffing, non-profits, education—bringing the same mix of strategy, empathy, and “let’s make it happen” energy to every role.
People have called me organized, innovative, a problem-solver, and occasionally a superhero (cape not included). I take pride in anticipating needs before they’re voiced, translating complex ideas into clear action plans, and finding creative solutions that work for everyone.
If there’s a challenge, I’m already rolling up my sleeves—bonus points if snacks (Flaming Hot Cheetos specifically) are involved.
